Julian Atuguba is a Ph.D. student in Cyber Studies at the University of Tulsa and a TU-Team 8 Cyber Fellow. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Tulsa in 2017. Afterward, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Tulsa University Horizontal Well and Artificial Lift Project department before taking up a post as a Production Engineer at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation. His experience during his professional career motivated him to focus on data integrity and network security. His research interest is in safeguarding data and re-enforcing network security.
