Abulfaz Hajizada is a Ph.D. student at The University of Tulsa. He earned his Bachelor`s degree in Computer Information Systems from Delta State University, achieving Summa Cum Laude in 2018 and was honored by being inducted into the university`s Student Hall of Fame. He pursued further studies, completing a Master of Science in Computer Science with an Interactive Intelligence specialization from Georgia Institute of Technology. His research interests revolve around Cybersecurity Economics, particularly focusing on the indirect costs of cyber incidents and the analysis of publicly traded companies` cyber incident reporting. Before delving into his Ph.D. research, Abulfaz worked as a Computer Science instructor at a local charter school in Tulsa for four years. He is also an adjunct instructor for the Collins College of Business at the University of Tulsa.
