Chelsea Jane Idensohn is a Ph.D student in Cyber Security at the University of Tulsa. Chelsea was awarded one of Africa’s most prestigious scholarships from Africa’s largest bank, Standard Bank, for her studies at Rhodes University, South Africa. Here she graduated with a BCom majoring in Information Systems and Management as well a BCom Honors Degree in Information Systems. Both of which she achieved distinctions and academic colours in. Chelsea then worked as a programmer and UI/UX designer for two years at a software development company in South Africa before accepting a two-year scholarship to study a MSc in Innovation Management in Italy. Her studies were split between two universities, the Università di Trento and Italy’s top research institution, Scuola Superior Sant’Anna Pisa, where she graduated with a 99% grade, specializing in Deceptive Design Patterns in web design and online gaming. During her studies, Chelsea was accepted into the high standing Nestlé internship program where she worked for six months as a Data Centre and Cloud Specialist at Nestlé’s digital hub in Milan.
