Dallas Elleman is a Cyber Fellow and Cyber Studies Ph.D. student at The University of Tulsa, where he earned his MS in Computer Science and BS in Engineering Physics with a concentration in Robotics. His doctoral research explores the nexus of biology, cybersecurity, robotics, and artificial intelligence. Dallas’s professional experience includes engineering and consulting on unmanned aerial, robotic, and embedded systems for early-stage startups in energy, defense, and ag-tech, as well as a decade as a telecom field service technician. Career highlights include work with the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, the National Science Foundation, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab, and the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford.
