Your help is vital to launch our club’s initiatives and we cannot express enough thanks to those who provide sponsorship. All sponsors who financially support UTulsa HRC are recognized on our organization’s website. Sponsors are asked to contact our Vice External Treasurer, Ethan Neidecker, at turocketryclub@gmail.com with any questions or to request an invoice, if needed. According to level of sponsorship provided, the following opportunities are afforded:

Troposphere: up to $499
- Access to member’s resumes
- Access to Newsletters
Mesosphere: $1,499 – $2,499
- All the benefits of previous tiers
- Host a lunch and learn
Exosphere: $10,000+
- All the benefits of previous tiers
- Priority in presentations/lunch and learns over previous tiers
- Present promotional material to members via email
Stratosphere: $500 – $1,499
- All the benefits of previous tiers
- Name/logo on all social media pages and website
- Host a company presentation to HRC members
Thermosphere: $2,500 – $9,999
- All the benefits of previous tiers
- Host plant tour for HRC members
- Name/Logo along the length of the competition rocket
Processing Sponsorships
Contact our External Treasurer, Ethan Neidecker, at turocketryclub@gmail.com, to confirm sponsorships and for any inquiries on event information. Once communication is confirmed, a Student Org Sponsorship form will be sent and must be completed by the sponsor company. Sponsorship funding will be sent directly to the University of Tulsa and allocated to our organization
