While the students are competing, the teachers will be participating in STEM-focused sessions.
Teachers/Sponsors do not need to register for this conference – All sponsors who registered to bring a team are automatically registered for this conference.
Real-world topics relating to STEM for Oklahoma students will be the focus of this hands-on conference.
At no cost, teachers can earn 8 hours of professional development for organizing teams, planning for transportation for students, attending the conference and contacting Dr. Brown when a presentation is made by students once returning to their home school.
How will the students be supervised while the teachers are in the conference?
Teachers, graduate students, and undergraduate students will be supervising the students during the competition and while they move around the campus.
Schools bringing additional teachers as chaperones should contact Dr. Brown to make sure all teachers are registered.
